Leadership Library

ANNA is pleased to provide an added benefit to our members! The Leadership Library is a collection of resources captured from National Symposia, Fall Meetings, and the Nephrology Nursing Journal that the ANNA Leadership Development Committee has aggregated into one place for ANNA members to enjoy. While the Leadership Library is part of the ANNA Online Library, it consists of sessions specially selected to help you develop your leadership skills in personal and professional roles. Whether you are currently serving as an ANNA volunteer, aspire to strengthen current skills, or want to develop new skills, we hope these sessions will provide you with valuable insight and productivity.

The Leadership Library includes seven content areas:

  1. Advocacy and Policy
  2. Effective Resource Management
  3. Evidence-Based Practice
  4. Interpersonal Effectiveness
  5. Leadership
  6. Personal Mastery
  7. Systems Thinking
