Purpose To recognize one nephrology nurse who has made outstanding contributions to the goals of ANNA. Award Lifetime membership, plaque, and an ANNA logo pin Eligibility Criteria Candidates for the award will be nominated. Current full member of ANNA, having been a member for a minimum of the last 2 years as of the awards/scholarship application deadline. Actively involved in nephrology nursing related health care services. Active participation in ANNA as a full member at local and/or national level. Significant contribution to the growth and effective functioning of ANNA and nephrology nursing. Participated in successful resolution of complex or difficult issues of ANNA. May have served as any officer for the organization except as President within the past 5 years dating from the National Symposium at which the presidency was assumed.
