ANNA Joins CDC’s #SleeveUp to #FightFlu Campaign to Promote Flu Vaccination

This year, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) is partnering with organizations to promote flu vaccination with a #SleeveUp to #FightFlu campaign. ANNA is joining in the campaign and encouraging nephrology nurses to roll up their sleeves for an annual flu vaccine and to promote flu vaccination to their families, patients, and communities. By increasing the number of people vaccinated, we can reduce flu illnesses, hospitalizations, and deaths this fall and winter, which can in turn help reduce the burden on our medical system and save medical resources for the care of COVID-19 patients. Go to the CDC Roll your #SleeveUp to #FightFlu Resource Center and Toolkit to learn more and to access downloadable resources, including fact sheets, posters, flyers, and social media images.
