Each month ANNA offers a FREE continuing nursing education (CNE) program in the ANNA Online Library. This month’s featured program is “Dialysis and the Older Adult.” Originally offered at the 2018 Nephrology Nursing Practice, Management, and Leadership Conference in New Orleans, this session reviews factors to consider when caring for an older patient receiving dialysis, including cognitive function, safety concerns, access options and challenges, and care planning.
The ANNA Online Library offers continuing nursing education (CNE) bundles designed for nurses seeking education in nephrology specialty areas. Each bundle features an assortment of educational content from ANNA national conferences and the Nephrology Nursing Journal and offers over 6.0 contact hours.
